Group health and dental insurance is available. All full-time employees are provided a $100 per month allowance toward group plan coverage after six months, and $200 per month after one year. The Support Technician (ST) is responsible for problem solving and handling customer service issues regarding AMTC manufactured equipment.
The SST is expected to maintain the highest level of equipment and service knowledge and employ this knowledge to increase efficiency.
The ST will also provide guidance and help junior techs resolve issues that are beyond their current knowledge levels. The ST will also
serve as a mentor to junior techs, providing training as directed or needed. This position requires use of Windows.
This position requires primarily phone support work, continuous use of headphones, keyboard, and mouse. Support is
provided for AMTC equipment and services only, to include SIRIUS Satellite Radio and TelAdvantage on-hold messaging
systems. Support Technicians are expected to think through situations/problems and determine the best way to resolve
the issue. Analyze the results of their work and determine what actions they should take in the future to provide more
accurate and better customer service. The ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner are
critical. The ST must be a team player that demonstrates a can-do attitude and is willing to do whatever it takes to
help the customer. As an ST, your must be able to take ownership of the customer’s problem, meaning that you feel as
though you have a personal stake in the outcome of your interaction with your customer.
National Account Sales - Reports to VP of Sales and Marketing. Outbound telephone sales of TelAdvantage and SIRIUS to major national accounts. Some travel for tradeshows possible. Small base ($20s) plus huge commission potential ($50-75K+). Requires excellent verbal and written communications skills and experience selling to major accounts. Guaranteed pay of at least $28,000 for the first year. Inside Sales - Reports to Sales Manager. Outbound

Automotive Industry Sales Specialist - Reports to Sales Manager.
